Service Description

8 sessions that support & encourage your new lifestyle choices. This 3 Month Journey begins with a 60 minute discovery session, where we begin to explore and understand your health concerns....for our 1st month together we will meet weekly with 30 min. sessions. The 2nd and 3rd month we will meet every other week for 30 min again each session. During this 3 month experience, you will have access to your coach with unlimited emails & text's.
